After the devastating loss of our beloved Bogie last June, Wayne and I decided back in February to adopt two puppies. Yes, two. What WERE we thinking? Shadow and Bullet have completely taken over the house, our lives, and our hearts. It’s like caring for newborn twins. Wayne and I take turns getting up in the middle of the night to let them out to do their business. They have been at my side constantly until just recently when I returned to work at the office. Now they spend their days with Wayne, who sighs with relief when I arrive home. And really, I can’t think of a better way to celebrate summer than surrounding ourselves with these two loveable Shih Tzu puppies.
